I am a therapist that uses a whole body approach, if your back hurts I will look at the front of your body, if your neck hurts I will look at your feet. The body works as one, every system in your body is connected therefore it should be treated as a whole. 

When people ask me what kind of therapy I do, I tell them it depends on what the body needs. Everyone is different! Two people can come to me with the same type of pain yet each have a different cause and therefore require a different approach. I use my training in Neurokinetic Therapy, Lymphatic stimulation, Diaphragm Breathing and manual tissue work as tools to correct muscular dysfunctions, my goal is to help you move better and untangle your pain.
